Can You Beat AI? is a recreational game operated by Rust Solutions. Contact: lodestonegames.support@gmail.com. These terms cover the game; your use of ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI's terms and account requirements.

Playing

This release offers Connect Four against the ChatGPT model in your conversation. The backend validates and saves moves and results. Model choices, speed and availability vary; a result is a game outcome, not a measurement of general intelligence.

There is no separate game account and we do not charge for gameplay or offer purchases. ChatGPT access and usage are governed by your OpenAI plan. Games and results belong to your anonymous OAuth profile. Connecting from another browser or clearing its profile cookie may create a separate profile.

Fair use

Use the game normally. Do not access another player's games, tamper with requests to bypass game rules, overload the service or use it unlawfully. Do not share connection tokens or browser cookies. We may limit requests or suspend access to prevent abuse.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the game working, but do not promise uninterrupted service, perfect model play or permanent retention of game records. We may change, pause or discontinue the service. Material changes to these terms will be published here.

Data and rights

Our privacy policy explains game data and support requests. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
